The service and access
1BOKS is being developed as a WhatsApp-first shared inbox with a governed assistant for small service businesses. Design-partner access is by invitation. Creating an account does not grant access to a workspace, activate a channel or authorize automated responses.
Your business information and team
The proposed service requires the business owner to provide accurate information, review knowledge before approval and assign access only to authorized team members. Each business should use customer information and messaging channels only where it has the required rights and permissions.
Assistant responses and human decisions
The assistant is intended to use approved business knowledge within configured controls. It can make mistakes. Owners should review their setup, keep knowledge current and have a person handle requests that need judgment or missing information. No guaranteed response accuracy or uninterrupted availability is stated in this draft.
Pricing and paid conversion
The founding offer is described on the pricing page. Paid conversion requires a separate explicit agreement. Payment timing, cancellation, refunds, taxes and provider charges must be finalized before charging a customer; this website does not activate billing.
Review items before commercial use
Legal review must settle the contracting entity, permitted use, suspension and termination, ownership and licensing, confidentiality, support commitments, liability, dispute handling and governing law. No jurisdiction or liability limit is assumed here.
